With a tight timeline, iflix looked to HCI to set up its Myanmar office. Within a week, iflix found its new home at the corner of Dhammazedi Road and Link Lane, at the second level of former Monument Books. “Working with HCI, they give us insight knowledge about the property and location,” says Adeana Greenlee, the Country Manager for iflix. “It’s a hidden gem and we got the best price for it!”
Working with the landlord, HCI found the perfect tenant for a 4,088 sq m land area at the corner of Kabar Aye Pagoda Road and Nat Mauk Road. HCI secured Ayeyarwaddy Farmers Development Bank (A Bank)'s tenancy, and the bank chose to set up its corporate headquarters at the site. The negotiation process was quick and precise, resulting in a long-term lease and attractive commercial terms for the tenant. Once the headquarters are completed, A Bank will occupy a 17,858 sq m office building situated at the site.
